DeColores Bilingual Academy is...

Dedicated to provide language enrichment classes in learner center environment by implementing a carefully selected curriculum and creating a nurturing atmosphere where children of all ages can flourish both socially and emotionally in a global world. The children will be surrounded with experiences that will foster physical, social, academic, emotional, cultural and cognitive growth to build a community of learners for the future.

We believe a crucial aspect of an excellent nurturing environment is the responsiveness to individual needs and the development of a positive self-image. Our warm and inviting developmental approach allows children to progress at their own pace in the areas of social, language, emotional, physical and intellectual skills.

We provide a variety of learning centers; we believe that children at their early ages usually learn most and fastest through their "hands-on" playing and exploring experiences in various learning centers. As well, their real play experiences generate most teachable moments for us to facilitate their learning.

Our curriculum is also designed to spark and maintain children’s interest in Spanish through creative activities such as dancing, singing, cooking, art projects, and games. We believe that children could have more skills and knowledge with a second language.

Our mission is to to teach children two languages in one school with one teacher. Every child has different gifts and we are determine to believe in every child and motivate them to do their best. Our goal is to promote happy and enjoyable learning. We believe that bilingual is an important goal for every child because they will have more possibilities knowing two languages.
